Add E-Mail to your phone

[NOTE]:

Before you can follow these instructions you MUST have the Microsoft Authenticator set up; Follow those instructions prior to setting up E-mail.

Attached to this article are instructions on setting up your Cascade Engineering E-mail with your phone.

1.) Open your respective App Store:

2.) Search for Microsoft Outlook; Verify you are downloading the one from Microsoft Corporation; and tap Install.

3.) Once the App is downloaded Tap the "Launch" or "Open" button

if you have already moved away from the App Store you can find it on your App Drawer (Android) or Homescreen (Apple)

4.) Once you have launched Outlook on your phone you will be greeted by a Welcome Screen; Tap the "Add Account" Button

The app Automatically detects your Office account; tap Continue.

5.) Once the Set up is completed you will be greeted by a "Would you like to add another account?" Screen; Tap "Maybe Later"

6.) A notification window will pop up asking for permissions to enable notifications tap "Turn on Notifications"

7.) Tap "Got it" to complete you setup of Outlook.
