Accessing VPN

To access your VPN you must first open Palo Alto GlobalProtect.

To do this Perform the following:

Click the Up arrow in the lower right of the Taskbar
Double click on the white orb with the red X Icon
NOTE: If the Orb is not there please click the Start button and search for GlobalProtect; if no apps return back then contact the IT Department to have it installed.
In the window that pops up click Connect (NOTE: if there is no Portal name enter VPN.Cascadeng.com)
Enter your username and Password and click Connect
You will be prompted on your phone to approve your login attempt; Tap the green button to continue
Duo will now say Connected and it's icon will change to a blue orb with a black shield.

You are now connected to VPN and can access Cascade resources.
